EXXXotica Expo starts at Miami Beach in May

Victory Tradeshow Management, the producers of the EXXXotica Expo, are set to bring their adult consumer event back to the Miami Beach Convention Center. The show dates are May 14-16.

The EXXXotica Expo, presented by HotMovies.com, has become an annual staple to the South Florida area. Averaging nearly 20,000 attendees annually, the event celebrates its fifth anniversary this year.

Since 2006, EXXXotica has brought the biggest names in adult to South Beach, including Jenna Jameson, Tera Patrick, Jesse Jane, Ron Jeremy, Stormy Daniels, Sasha Grey, Bree Olson, Jenna Haze, Jessica Drake, Savanna Samson, Gina Lynn, Teagan Presley and hundreds of others. The 2010 edition of Exxxotica will continue in that tradition, drawing top stars in XXX to the party capital of the world.

Highlights of the show will once again include Genesis magazine’s Fantasy Island attraction, where fans can meet their favorite stars from adult films. Some of the names already confirmed for EXXXotica’s Fantasy Island include Digital Playground’s Jesse Jane; Adam & Eve contract stars Teagan Presley, Bree Olson and Alexis Ford; adult stars Jenna Haze, Sunny Leone, Gina Lynn and Alexis Texas; AVN Best New Starlet winner Kagney Linn Karter; and Jersey Shore XXX star Taryn Thomas—with more names to come. The fan-friendly event also offers attendees the chance to “celebrate sexy” with dozens of interactive shows and events.

A packed schedule on the entertainment stage is highlighted by the Ms. EXXXotica Competition, in which local beauties will vie for a $1,000 prize. An educational seminar series is designed to inform attendees, while the expo’s trademark EXXXotica Hotties will do their best to distract them, putting on shows all around the massive center.

Melissa Midwest records First Single

“I teamed up with a local rapper, FieldHouse, who is about to start filming his very own reality show based on himself being a white rapper from Nebraska,” she told. “I am also working on my solo album and have been flying back and forth from Lincoln to L.A. trying to wrap it up.”

The song, in which she sings the hook line, appears on Harrington’s Melissa Midwest MySpace page and she said it’s already picking up some radio play in the heartland America.

For her solo album, Midwest told AVN.com she’ll be working with FieldHouse, Ray J and is “in talks with some even bigger names, but it all has to be done right or it can get really expensive.”

Currently on Kali Records, she’s been recording in Hollywood, Calif. at Levcon Studios, which has recorded artists such as Ray J, FieldHouse, One Block Radius, Young Berg and others.

Mach 2 signs Dirty Dan

060607-002.jpgMach 2 Entertainment has signed director-editor Dirty Dan to an exclusive contract.

Under the new deal, the veteran helmer will shoot a new, yet-untitled POV series for the company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“I pitched the idea of an older guy-young girl POV live to Mach 2 and they loved the concept,” said Dan, also known as Dan Silver, has already begun shooting the first installment.

“I am going to focus on beautiful young girls with natural breasts, engaging in nasty, passionate sex with older men.”

In a statement, the company says there is a definite market for the older man-younger girl concept.

The new title features Ariel Alexus, Savannah Stern, Tiffany and Lexi Belle.

Dan is known for such titles as Vivid’s Born for Porn, Colossal Entertainment’s Twat Squad and Fuckeroos. He is also known for being the first American Director to shoot One in Every Hole series for Hustler Video.

The Emerald Gentlemen’s Club held its 2006 Miss Nude Pageant this past week in St. Joseph, Missouri, and Wicked Pictures contract starlet, Carmen Hart, is now officially Miss Nude 2006.

Hart faced competition from several models and dancers and won the major title, as well as grabbing honors in the Best Body and Best Dancer categories.

Hart is busy promoting the upcoming release of her first major feature for Wicked, director David Stanley’s Rendezvous, which streets April 26.

Hart is also busy developing her first line of signature Wicked Toys from California Exotic Novelties, which will be appearing in stores by early summer.

A recent story reported that Jenna Jameson will lend her voice to an animated series produced by Viacom’s Comedy Central that will be delivered to mobile phone users, the network said on Wednesday.

The Reuters story reported that the show, called “Samurai Love God,” is the first original animated mobile video series from Comedy Central, a unit owned by Viacom Inc., and will also star “The Daily Show” correspondent Ed Helms.

The series has eight two-and-a-half minute episodes, and will premiere this quarter across three cellular carriers, Verizon, Sprint Nextel and Amp’d. It will be available to all subscribers of the carriers’ standard video service.

The story went on to say that “Samurai Love God” follows Comedy Central’s launch of its broadband video clip service, MotherLoad, which includes original content and is already available on mobile phones.

The network has plans to roll out other original shows, it said.

“Even though it’s still really early with just 2 percent of the market with videophones to watch, these services are very important to the operators and content providers. But consumers are still not aware of them though young people are starting to take them up,” Linda Barrabee, analyst at Yankee Group, told Reuters.

The story concluded by saying that Viacom Chief Executive Officer Tom Freston, in a presentation to investors earlier this month, emphasized the growing importance of digital content to the future of the company.

“It’s about scale and distribution. Outside our own properties we need to make sure we are accessible everywhere to consumers – beyond our own destinations, which presents a huge upside,” Freston had said.

Jameson’s blog (www.myspace.com/jennajameson) is reportedly often ranked No. 1 on MySpace.com. This past week, Jameson’s blog was the fifth most popular destination among 54 million “peeps,” while her husband’s new blog, I Married a Porn Star (www.myspace.com/soimarriedapornstar ), came in ninth.

The daily postings from director/performer Sterling (aka Jay G) reveal details of his daily life with Jenna, including life occurrences and his latest rant on sorting through 22 different shampoos in their shower and the general insanity of celebrity life.
